Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days.

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

KHOELI reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
